Computer and Networking support
Many of our customers utilize our block time plan as a great way
to save money on needed computer services without the worries of
annual service contracts.
The pre-purchase of labor as a block of time entitles
you to On-Site Repair and/or Maintenance, Telephone Support,
and Service Calls
at the discounted rate specified for each block plan. Our normal
service call (non-block time plan) rate is $92.00. We bill by the
quarter hour ($23 per quarter hour) for all time onsite. By purchasing
a block of time in advance, you receive a discounted rate and the
convience of monthly statements reflecting services provided along
with copies of the technician work orders (if requested).
5 HOUR BLOCKS
For an office with 1-3 computers, we recommend
a block of five hours at a discounted flat rate of $82.00/hour,
for a total of
$410.00. A standard service call counts as 1 hour of block time
usage (unless it is a return trip for unfinished work on an open
work order). Additional labor hours are then tracked in quarter
hour increments.
10 HOUR BLOCKS
For offices with 4-9 computers, we recommend a
block of ten hours at a discounted flat rate of $80.00/hour,
for a total of $800.00.
A standard service call counts as 1 hour of block time usage (unless
it is a return trip for unfinished work on an open work order).
Additional labor hours are then tracked in quarter hour increments.
40 HOUR BLOCKS
If your office has 10+ computers, we recommend
a block of forty hours at discounted flat rate of $78.00/hour,
for a total of $3120.00.
A standard service call counts as 1 hour of block time usage (unless
it is a return trip for unfinished work on an open work order).
Additional labor hours are then tracked in quarter hour increments.

Plan:
1. By purchasing labor in advance you are able
to budget your computer and network service requirements at great
discounted rates!
2. You avoid the potentially unused expense associated
with standard parts and labor service agreements. It is often a better
choice to replace parts or equipment if and when they fail.
3. Block time clients are given priority as the
service calls are planned for the day. Additionally, if you have
an emergency, our priority response is 2-4 hours.
4. Regular statements are generated to recap the
services performed for the prior period as well as keep you informed
of your current block time account balance.
5. Unused time may be carried over year to year.
Block time hours are good until entirely used without expiration.
Any new blocks purchased will be purchased
at the current published LQC rates.
