We bill by the hour and make sure we provide great value to our clients. We do not bill for return service calls associated with existing support issues but rather only for the time required to effect the repair or implement the service needed. Below are our current rates which are subject to change but which are honored until those changes (if any) appear on this web page.

Standard Service Call Same day response if called before 11am. Next day response if called in after 11am.

Priority Service Call 4 hour response time during normal business hours.

Long Distance Service Call (beyond 30 miles one way) Billed at actual drive times.

Support Time Hourly Rate Time spent on site or on the phone to resolve issues. Billed at $23 per quarter hour.
